How to choose SPC interlock flooring

SPC is the abbreviation of stone plastic composites. It is made by extruding SPC substrate with extruder combined with T-shaped die, and heating, laminating and embossing PVC wear-resistant layer, PVC color film and SPC substrate with three roll or four roll calender at one time. It is a product without glue.

1. Colors: it mainly depends on the color of "SPC substrate". The color of pure material is beige, the mixture is gray, cyan and white, and the recycled material is gray black and black. The cost can be divided into many levels. 

  2.Feel: SPC base material has a delicate feel and a sense of moisture. The hand feel of recycled materials and mixtures is dry and waterless. Check whether the flatness and fit of the two pieces are good after splicing.

  3.Smell: there is only a little smell when there are some very poor ones. Most of them containing recycled materials and mixtures can still be free of smell.

  4.Light (light transmittance): the mobile phone flashlight is close to the floor, with good light transmittance, and the admixture and recycled materials are not light transparent. Or poor light transmittance.

  5.Thickness measurement: if possible, it is best to measure the floor thickness with caliper or micrometer. If the actual thickness is about 0.2mm more than the marked thickness, it is within the normal range. For example, if the regular manufacturer marks the thickness of 4.0 according to the production standard, the thickness measured with caliper or micrometer should be about 4.2. 

  6.Break the lock catch: break the lock catch at the edge of the floor (i.e. the part with much leakage of the lock catch). If the quality is poor, it will break if the force is not very large. The strength of pure new material will be much greater and it is not easy to break.

  7.Tear: This is not easy to operate. It is necessary to collect several samples from several merchants, damage and comb the corners, damage and tear the color film and SPC substrate, and see the bonding strength between the color film and the substrate, which determines whether it is easy to peel in the next few years. The bonding strength of pure new material is the largest, followed by others. It doesn't matter if you can't operate it. Basically, you can judge the high-quality merchant's products through the appeal step, and this indicator will not be bad.
