2. Nursing precautions

1. All kinds of dirt on the ground should be removed in time.

2. It is absolutely forbidden to soak the floor in open water. Although some floors use waterproof glue to cut off the water source (such as floor drains, water rooms, etc.), long-term soaking in water will seriously affect the service life of the floor. During the cleaning process, use a water suction machine to suck up the sewage in time.

3. For places with more people and more wear and tear, the maintenance cycle should be shortened and the number of waxing times of high-strength surface wax should be increased.

4. It is absolutely forbidden to use hard and rough cleaning utensils (such as steel balls, scouring pads, etc.) to prevent sharp objects from hitting the stone-plastic floor.

5. It is strongly recommended to place rubbing mats at the entrance of public places with high traffic flow to prevent dirt, sand, etc. from being brought in to stain and scratch the floor.

Three, different stages of maintenance methods:

(1) After the floor is laid, clean and maintain before use

1. First remove the dust and sundries on the floor surface.

2. Use a floor mop with 3M red abrasive disc or similar products to clean at low speed (diluted with a strong universal cleaner 1:20 diluted with water and added to the mop) to remove the protective wax, grease, dust and other dirt on the floor surface, Use a suction machine to suck up the sewage.

3. Rinse with clean water and dry.

4. Depending on the situation, apply 1-2 layers of high-strength wax.

(2) Daily cleaning and maintenance

1. Push or vacuum the dust. (Put the mop dust remover on the mop, and push the dust after drying.)

2. Wet mopping. (Dilute the floor cleaning and polishing agent with water at 1:20, and mop the floor with a semi-wet mop.)

(3) Regular cleaning and maintenance

1. Push or vacuum the dust.

2. Dilute the floor cleaning and polishing agent with water at 1:20, mop the floor or cooperate with a high-speed polishing machine and add a red abrasive sheet for grinding and washing.

3. Apply 1-2 layers of high-strength face wax.

4. If necessary, it can be polished with a high-speed polishing machine and a white polishing pad.

(4) Thorough renovation

1. Push or vacuum the dust.

2. Dilute with 1:10 strong dewaxing water and spread it evenly on the ground, wait for 5-10 minutes, then use a floor scrubber to add red abrasive discs to clean and remove wax at low speed. Immediately suck up the sewage with a water suction machine.

3. Rinse with clean water and dry until there is no residual detergent left on the ground.

4. Apply 1-2 layers of high-strength wax as needed.

(5) Treatment of special dirt

1. Oil stains: For local oil stains, pour the water-based degreaser stock solution directly on the towel and wipe it; for large-area oil stains, dilute the Victau water-based degreaser at 1:10, and use a mop and red abrasive disc to clean at low speed.

2. Black offset printing: Polish with spray cleaning wax, high-speed polishing machine and white polishing pad. For long-term black offset printing, you can directly pour the powerful black offset printing remover on the towel and wipe it.

3. Glue or chewing gum: Use a professional strong glue remover directly on the towel and wipe off.
